The accomodation in detail

Accommodation is arranged over three floors, with the living area on the ground floor, and bedrooms on the first and second floors. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi and satellite flat screen television.

Living area

Sliding glass doors to the pool terrace and glass to two other aspects flood the room with sunlight and extend the views into the living space to spectacular effect. The space comprises of a living room area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen to self-cater no matter what the occasion. There is also a shower room and utility room on this level and access to stairs rising to the first floor.

First floor

Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two bedrooms on this floor, a twin and a double. The double room, towards the front of the space has a large en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around sea view balcony. The twin has an en-suite shower room and has views forward as well as a side balcony also with sea views.

Second floor

Bedroom 3 - The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor with large en-suite shower and a spacious sea view terrace occupy the entire width of the villa with the added benefit of a fantastic terrace to take in the stunning views during the day or some evening star gazing.

Outside

The furnished swimming pool area has been designed to make the most of the wonderful Kalkan climate with space to sunbathe, dine, and relax in a shady ottoman seating area.
The dining space is covered and there are sea views from many parts of the terrace. The private infinity swimming pool has a Jacuzzi section with walk in steps to the main pool.
There is NEW outside Bar area at the back of the terrace with Fridge/Freezer along with a specially imported Weber Genesis BBQ for those wishing to enjoy an evening at the villa.
The terrace also houses a large swing chair for two to kick back and relax in whilst enjoying the view.
The terrace also has a Sofa and 2 chairs to relax in whilst watching the sun disappear behind the bay.
The pool can be heated for the earlier and later months of the years if required at an additional cost of £200 per week

Lower Ground floor

The is also a fully air conditioned NEW games room to 2023 with a 7ft Pool table and professional darts board along with a large water cooler. There is a garage directly underneath the property for parking with electric roller shutter door
Kalkan centre is approximately a 20 minute walk from this location or under a 2 minute drive in a hire car, or taxi for a mere £3.

Fly into nearest Airport Dalaman 1 hour 20 minutes away.
Walk to Town 20 minutes, Drive to Town 2 minutes.
Check in time from 15:00, Check out time 11:00.
Deposit to secure the Villa 25% of booking.
Final payment 10 weeks before departure.
Refundable Damage deposit required £500, subject to no damage occurred.
Bed linen and towels changed weekly.
No Smoking in the villa.
We can arrange airport transfers with our local agent along with car hire, at reduced rates.
Flights are available from all major U.K airports.
Preferred changeover Day is Saturday or Monday, however we are flexible.

Our Cancellation Policy

In case of Cancellation Deposits are NON refundable. If the reservation is cancelled 43 days prior to arrival, the charge will be 50% of the rental fee If the reservation is cancelled 42 days prior to arrival, the charge will be 100% of the rental fee
